Initial enquiries — brochures, technical documentation, calls, NDA — are provided without charge. When an owner is ready for the project work itself (yard visits, design iteration, supplier reviews), Wind Voyage works on a retainer basis. The retainer is credited against the project on award and ensures every hour spent on an owner's behalf is given full attention.
